WynPUF® is our brand for polyurethane foam additives. XH-2581 is for flexible foam agents. Silicone foam stabilizers is mainly suitable for conventional flexible foam/ Slab stock foam with density from 10kg/m3 to 35 kg/m3. XH-2581 is equivalent to L-580, DC-5810, B-8110 in international markets.

WynPUF® XH-2581 is non-hydrolyzable silicone stabilizer that has been designed to provide excellent foam stability and fine regular cell structure. It has full hydrolytic stability and can be used as a separate stream or in water/amine/silicone pre-blends. It offers enhanced stability while yielding foams with good breathability.

• XH-2581 is high potency surfactant, with very wide processing latitude and provide the foam with better hand feeling.  

• XH-2581 has excellent foam stability with good breathability in various foam density from 10kg/m3 to 35 kg/m3.

• XH-2581 can minimize the density difference in the PU slab stock foam.

Viskosität bei 25 ° C: 500 - 900 cst

Dichte bei 25 ° C: 1,03+0,02 g/cm3

Water content: ＜0.2%

Nutzungsniveaus (additiv wie geliefert)

WynPUF® XH-2581 is recommended for conventional flexible foam. The detail dosage in the formulation depends on several parameters. For example, density, the temperature of the raw material and the machine conditions. 

Paket- und Speicherstabilität

200 kg Trommeln oder 1000 kg IBC

WynPUF® XH-2581 should, if possible, be stored at room temperature. Under these conditions and in original sealed drums, has a shelf-life of 24 months.
